Kristi's speaking engagements for the next month are for private groups. She is also facilatating leadership and team retreats for several nonprofit organizations and continues to work on presentations skills with various leadership groups at Impax Labs.
In April''' Kristi is bringing her Presentation Skills talk to several ProVisors groups around the San Francisco Bay Area.
May finds Kristi facilitating another workshop for the CLUB of Silicon Valley's Incubator. Kristi will be teaching the group how to effectively give and receive feedback. All leaders have to give and receive feedback as part of the job, and while many are uncomfortable with it, successful leaders understand that constructive feedback is critical to their business. This workshop is designed to build the skills needed to deliver feedback constructively, and accept criticism as an opportunity.
