Executive Presence for Legal Administrators

We are excited to be doing an introduction to our Executive Presence workshop for the Silicon Valley chapter of the Association of Legal Adminstrators.

Legal administrators are in a unique position in the business and legal worlds. They are often the ones who keep their law firm together, and make sure that it is run as a business. They have to act as the liason between the lawyers and the business functions of the firm. Having a legal adminstrator on staff gives the attorneys the opportunity to do what they do best: focus on the clients and their briefs.

Developing an air of gravitas and authority is critical to helping you manage the varying elements of a law firm.
